We provide comprehensive property information across Japan to meet your rental and purchase needs. To help you make the most of our platform, we have prepared this user guide, detailing the functions and usage methods for both individual and corporate users.
Membership Overview
Individual Members
No annual fee, up to 5 listings
Individual members can freely browse various property listings on Reiwa Real Estate Co., Ltd.
. Newly registered users can directly contact property management companies to inquire about properties of interest. Additionally, you can post up to 5 properties for sale and receive valuation and sales support from real estate companies.
※ For individual members, no application is required. To list more than 5 properties, a fee of 1,000 JPY per listing applies. Please contact us for details.
Corporate Members
Annual fee, customizable number of listings
Plan A: Up to 10 listings 5,000 JPY
Plan B: Up to 30 listings 10,000 JPY
Plan C: Up to 60 listings 15,000 JPY
Plan D: Up to 100 listings 20,000 JPY
※ The above plans are all annual fees.
Corporate members can post the corresponding number of rental and sale listings according to their selected plan, review client inquiries, and directly contact clients.
Additionally, corporate members have a dedicated company profile page, can display their company information, independently view listings posted by individual members, and receive exclusive property valuations and sales support.
※ To become a corporate member, please contact us. Once payment is confirmed, we will issue an invitation code.
Individual User Guide
1. Registration & Login: To register, click the “Register” button at the top right of the website and fill in the required information. To log in, click the “Login” button at the top right and enter your registered email and password.
2. Search for Properties Keyword Search: Enter keywords (such as location or property type) in the search bar on the homepage and click “Search” to view listings that match your criteria. Category Search: You can refine your search results by rental, purchase, or by finding Japanese real estate companies.
3. View Property Details: Click on a property of interest to enter the details page. You can view detailed property information, photos, and surrounding facilities. Contact the Company: If you are interested in a property, you can use the contact form on the page to inquire.
4. Post Your Property ※ This function requires approval from Japan Property Network. After logging in, click the “Post Property” button in your personal center, fill in the property details, and upload photos. Once posted, corporate users can view and contact you to assist with selling your property.
Corporate User Guide
1. Registration & Login ※ Corporate users must pay an annual fee to become members. Please contact us. To register, click the “Register” button at the top right, select “Corporate User Registration,” fill in the required information, and enter the invitation code we provide. To log in, click the “Login” button at the top right and enter your registered email and password.
2. Member Benefits: Corporate users can post unlimited property listings on the platform and can exclusively view sale listings posted by individual users, assisting them in selling their properties.
3. Post Listings: After logging in, go to the “Corporate Center” page, click “Upload,” fill in property details, upload photos, and publish to the platform. You can post both rental and sale listings. Manage Listings: In your personal center, you can edit, delete, or update your listings at any time.
4. Contact Buyers: Browse sale listings posted by individual users through the platform. If you find a suitable property, you can directly contact the user to provide professional services and help them find their ideal home. You can also receive inquiries from users regarding your listed properties and respond directly, offering professional assistance.
