Membership Overview

Standard Member

Free of charge, up to 5 listings

Browse property information freely on Reiwa Real Estate Co., Ltd. . New registered users can contact management companies directly to inquire about properties of interest. You can also publish up to 5 properties for sale and receive appraisal and sales support from real estate companies.

※No application is required for standard members. For listing more than 5 properties, a fee of 1,000 JPY per property applies. Please contact us for details.

Corporate Member

Annual fee, customizable listing quantity

Plan A: Up to 10 listings – 5,000 JPY
       Plan B: Up to 30 listings – 10,000 JPY
       Plan C: Up to 60 listings – 15,000 JPY
       Plan D: Up to 100 listings – 20,000 JPY

※All plans are annual fees.

Corporate members can publish the corresponding number of rental and sale listings according to the chosen plan, access client inquiries, and contact clients directly.

Corporate members also receive a dedicated company profile page to showcase their business, independently view listings posted by standard members, and access exclusive property appraisals and sales support.

※To become a corporate member, please contact us. After payment confirmation, we will issue an invitation code.

2. Register as a Corporate Member    After obtaining the invitation code, visit the registration page. Click the “Register” button on the top right, select “Corporate User Registration,” fill in the required information, and enter the invitation code to complete registration. Log in with your email and password.

2. Post Listings    Click the “Upload” button in the corporate center to post listings. Fill in detailed property information, upload high-quality images, and publish to the platform. You can post unlimited rental and sale listings. Manage listings via the “Listings” page to edit, sort, deactivate, or delete postings.

3. View Customer Inquiries    Standard members may send inquiries about your listings. These appear on your corporate center “Inquiries” page, allowing you to view and contact customers directly. Reply to inquiries to answer questions and facilitate transactions.

4. Contact Sellers    Corporate users can exclusively view properties posted by standard members and contact them to assist in selling their properties.
